The Meeting Room Reservation Page is intended for booking the community meeting rooms only. If you're looking to use the individual study rooms located at the back of the Main Library, those are available on a first-come, first-served basis and are not included on this online reservation page. Please call the front desk at 804-435-1729 ext 0 to speak to someone about booking a study room. (Study Rooms are only available to book during the current month and are available for 2 hour blocks.)

Please print and complete the Reservation Form and Meeting Room Policy Agreement

found on the booking page, and return completed/signed forms to the Main Circulation Desk at the library,

Please allow up to 48 hours for receipt of reservation approval email.
